Pilot week of Aug 23rd

XGS OPS pilot will take place Aug 23rd in Lakeland. The XGS OPS project team will be confirming Phase 1 readiness and final confirmation that XGS OPS meets all requirements and expectations provided by the project team

Lakeland: First site to go live in XGS OPS!

Lakeland is scheduled to make the switch to XGS OPS on September 8th! This is the first site to rollout with XGS Ops. Please visit the Rollout Schedule to view the expected date for your site’s go live.

Upcoming XGS OPS Training

Be on the lookout for communications regarding required XGS OPS training! You will receive a “T-minus” communication directing you to training concerning your role in XGS OPS. This includes City Planners, City Dispatchers, City Drivers, Ops Clerks, Customer Service, and OS&D.
