XGS OPS Training and Resources have been developed to support every user’s transition to the new system, every step of the way! In Phase 1, the employees that will transition their work to XGS OPS will be City Drivers, City Planners and Dispatchers, Customer Service, and OS&D.
Email reminders will be sent to all who will be transitioning to XGS OPS at your center location that will include access and instructions to complete training!
